Brewery Flats Park
A New Public Green Space
A new public green space is proposed within the Industrial Heritage Zone where visitors will be able to take advantage of new high quality public spaces. The multi-use pathway system from Rail Trail Park will link users across the park to 15 Street SE and beyond Brewery-Rail Lands to 9 Avenue SE. Naturalized elements are proposed within the park’s landscape to add to the user experience, along with the integration of historical remnants and artifacts that will create a new public gathering experience tied to the local area’s historic built fabric.
