MATCO Development has assembled a highly skilled, multi-disciplinary team of planning, design and engineering professionals to help guide and inform the redevelopment vision for Brewery-Rail Lands. Building on a long history of collaborative experience, the Brewery-Rail Lands project team is composed of Calgary-based consultancies who have brought their collective expertise and knowledge to the preparation and planning for this significant and centrally located site.
On behalf of the project owner, the planning team is led by CivicWorks, a Calgary-based planning and urban design firm specializing in inner city change. CivicWorks is leading the planning, development approvals and stakeholder outreach process and coordinating the project’s design and professional consulting teams.
