Enhancing Multi-Modal Experiences

The Greater Rail Trail Park Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Connection Improvements along the western edge of the Brewery-Rail Lands Comprehensive Planning Site builds off of previous approvals and plans in the area, inclusive of the approved Direct Control (DC) District Bylaw for 1390 17 AV SE, which includes the provision of a safe and accessible 8.0-metre-wide multi-modal connection to the future Ramsay/Inglewood Green Line LRT Station and surrounding communities. Construction of Ramsay-Inglewood Public Realm Improvements through the City's Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Program is currently underway that includes streetscape improvements along 12 ST SE.

NOTE: The public access easement within the Hungerford ownership site has been approved as part of LOC2022-0064.
The remaining public access easements are subject to The City of Calgary approval for LOC2022-0022., and Development Permit design for 1390 17 AV SE.
